The Cake My Wife Made for Us

My wife love to explore cooking. This is her product ,it's actually from the recipe I posted below.

The Microwave

We'll be celebrating our first anniversary on the 24th December, but I decided to celebrate it early. So I bought my wife a SAMSUNG CE1185GW Convection Microwave with Grill capabilities. It was actually a surprise, I hung up an anniversary card on our door,and inside the card, I asked my wife to open the door, and to her surprise lies the microwave,which is her dream.

It's not an expensive microwave, just RM 1029 [around 170 GBP] which I bought at SenQ, a local electrical shop. But for me,this microwave is the most expensive item, I've been saving my money for it.

The Microwave - me and the missus are still learning to use it.

Recipe from my wife

Kek Kukus Coklat

Milo 1 Cawan

2 biji Telur

Gula 1 cawan

Susu pekat 1 cawan

Minyak masak 1 cawan

Tepung gandum 2 cawan

Soda bikarbonat 2 sudu teh

Baking powder 2 sudu teh

Garam ½ sudu teh

Koko serbuk 1 cawan

Pukul telur sama gula hingga kembang

Masukkan minyak, susu.Pukul sampai kembang.

Masukkan tepung soda bikarbonat, baking powder, garam,milo,koko dan gaul sampai sebati

Masukkan 1 cawan air masak panas dan gaul lagi.

Kukus dengan api sederhana selama 1 jam atau lebih

Waiting for Money

Today is the money day for my office mates. they came in this morning saying that 'our overtime payment had been credited inside our accounts' , and upon hearing this,I was kind of happy, because it would mean that I'll be getting mine as well, around 3.9k . Unfortunately when I check my bank account,it shows no sign of credit transfer. Still the old amount of 1.5k. I called the person in charge, so the conversation went on like this.

'Hello.. what happened to my payment?'
'Sorry, the finance officer who handled your payment was involved in an accident'
'But why do my colleagues received theirs, but I don't?'
'The finance officer was about to do yours when she went out for lunch, that's when she met with the accident'

Well, I was supposed to buy my wife an electric oven, but... need to wait for the money. 7 years working and this is the first time it happened.

LANGKAWI

i would like to promote a nice island to all my international blog viewers. It's called LANGKAWI ISLAND. I've been there during the 80's and there's not much to do there except seeing some local legend historic site, and some duty free shopping [which is actually seeing my mom on a shopping spree]. But when I came back last year, this island had turn into a paradise. Enjoy some picture of LANGKAWI ISLAND. Lost In Cyberspace

Ever heard of the term lost in cyberspace? well, i just came back from a two years lost in cyberspace . what actually happened is, my last post was in the year 2005, and now it's almost the end of 2007. actually i could not claim my blog, it seems like my password was not working . So tonight, after I finally acclaimed an old gmail address, then i suddenly thought of trying to claim this prized blogspot [because it contains my name in it].

and ..now i'm back after a total lost in the thick jungle of cyberspace, finally back without any aid though, i'm exhausted .
