Road Accident at Karak

I was with two of my friends having tea at 10 in the morning today when i receive a phone call saying one of our work colleague named Fadhly was involved in a road accident at Karak highway around 7 in the morning.

We went to the Selayang hospital around noon and then we learn more about the incident. Some friends whom already arrived earlier before us told that a Toyota Camry had lost control and Fadhly who was driving a  perodua viva crashed into the Camry. Fadhly broke his right leg and may had other injuries as well. His wife suffered injuries and trauma and the most tragic part is their 2 year old daughter whom was sitting at thr back with his wife, was thrown to the dashboard.She died while on the way to the hospital.

I managed to sneak into the emergency ward to see Fadhly and saw his sadness. I could not stay long enough because I was trying to hold back my tears. I was told by a friend that his wife had fainted several time.

This is a very tragic incident and a sad episode. Hope Fahdly and his wife could recover soon...

Servicing the car

Today I sent my car for service, changing the engine oil and few other things. If I had other options I would have done it elsewhere. I'm not saying that this service center is bad.. But the waiting period is too long. They have a lot of customers. I always opt to leave my car at the service center although the facilities there is good. They have several pc which is always occupied, free foods and drinks for customers (while stock lasts, too many customers at toyota shah alam so sometimes I didn't get their nasi lemak), big lcd tv, nice sofa and nice staff. But with all of these, I still have problems especially when it comes to doing a major service which requires almost one whole day as I need to go back to my office and its quite far. Asking a favour from friends to fetch me has always been my choice but there are times when they were all busy.

Getting a taxi could be another option but the bill is expensive. Another thing is the service center is expensive. The labour charge is expensive, maybe they had included all the facilities cost . The spare part is expensive but it came with a piece of mind knowing its original because we do have fakes here in Malaysia.

So I was slapped with a rm256 for the service done and that's the price after a 5% discount. Err..what's the discount for? Well, Toyota had given me a special membership for being loyal with Toyota. Thanks....

A Visit To Setia Alam Mall

Today I visited another new shopping mall at Setia Alam. We've got lots of em in Malaysia especially at Klang Valley. There were lots of people whom I guess have the same motive as me. The parking is still free at the moment.

I saw an advert somewhere saying Michael Learns to Rock will perform live at Setia Alam Mall somewhere in June this year. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A Birthday Celebration To All...

This event happens today. My mom and dad came by to celebrate the our birthday. Me on April, my lil daughter in May and June for wifey. The cake was from Kings Bakery bought by my mom.

The cute little daughter was so excited, she was the one who suddenly sat in front of the cake ready to act.

Happy Birthday... Thanks mom and dad. Owh.. I bought my wife a galaxy 7 plus tab for her birthday. I got an S2 while my lil daughter got a cute washing machine, its a toy, not the real one.

Road accident

I was driving at the Guthrie Corridor highway when I saw this road accident. I'm not sure about the driver's condition but when I was driving past, no one's there. I realize that I had seen couple of road accidents at that same area.

Another post ..testing android app

I'm testing my s2 android app for blog post. The previous was done using a 7 plus tab while this post was done using a smaller screen and device which is the S2.. in terms of speed.. Both are equal.
