The Quiet Office

I was about to write my thesis but it seems that I can't concentrate. The lack of concentration is due to the fact that I am almost alone at my office, from almost 100++ staffs here, there's only not more than 5 of us. Most of them had got off early as tommorrow is the first day of iftar. Lotsa preparation need to be done. For me, I will go back after Maghrib and will go out to buy some groceries. It's okay, need to finish some writing first.

What A Day

What A Day today. The bus left without me, I was just inches behind the bus. Actually its not their fault as I did not make any conformation to follow them. This morning as I past them to punch in my working hours, I saw they were still there so I thought that maybe I could hop on with them, but unfortunately, I was late.

Tomorrow will be the first day of Ramadhan. There will be plenty of Bazar Ramadhan where various foods for iftar will be up for grabs.

Sleepy Days

I'm so sleepy today. Last night both my kids kept on waking up. Guess need to sleep early today.

The HP 2060 Ink Advantage

Sometimes my line of work requires me to do some copying and printing at the same time. And most of the time, I need to do it or shall we said, remember to do it when I was at home. I am on study leave right now, which means doing my PhD full time and this is my second year. It can be said that I am a bit late in everything and also late in buying this must needed gadget while doing PhD. Yes, a lot of copying and scanning from books. So, I bought this HP 2060 Ink Advantage all in one printer at a price of Rm 249 from my nearest Tesco. I can always get cheaper price at IT malls but I am too lazy to drive and the nearest IT mall has parking issues. I admit that I was convinced by the HP promotion of cheap inks using the ink advantage technology. It says that the inks are RM27 for black and RM27 for Tri Color so for me its reasonable.

So how's the review so far from me? Well the HP 2060 is just 2 days old. But according to HP, it can print out 600++ pages. Do you believe it?

Now its still in the month of Syawal which means a lot of open house and lots of food. Some even held wedding ceremony together with Eid open house, which means more food. I was at a hall in front of KLCC Petronas Twin Tower to attend a wedding ceremony and the view from the hall was awesome because of the beautiful Twin Tower in front especially at night. Shown below is a picture of my lil daughter outside the hall with Petronas Twin Tower in her background.



The day before, I was at a private hospital bringing my wife for her routine pregnancy check up. I use the toilet and saw this signage. Some people used to the old fashion way of using the toilet.



And lastly, tonight I will be meeting a friend of mine to buy the Canon Selphy CP 800 for my wife, kida gift from me to her for all her hardship and pain in carrying our baby. She is expected to deliver next month. I will review the Canon Selphy later. My friend got it for RM 300 plus the ink and 100 photo paper which is RM 85, so a total of RM385 will be gone tonight. I've spent some RM634 for two printing device which I believe will be used always.

FORGET THE TYPO ERROR. I'm too lazy to check cause I'm tired.
